Cathy began her residential real estate career in 2011. After 28+ years in the field of education, she decided to join her husband, Steve, and become in active player in Team Stockman. Her ability to market properties to their fullest, dedication, personal attention to detail & professional ethics are her personal assets. Cathys strives to establish rapport with clients & feels her top priority is to be responsive to clients needs. Dawn has over 20 years of experience in the real estate business, working as an office administrator and Transaction Coordinator. Her wealth of knowledge and understanding is a valuable asset to Team Stockman.
As Team Stockmans designated Transaction Coordinator, Dawn assists all parties through the complex regulations surrounding real estate transactions. Her expertise, guidance and her ability to effectively communicate ensures that timelines and contracting details are met resulting in smooth and successful closings.

MARIA HONEY BAILE - Administrative Assistant - Client Care Specialist
Maria brings a wealth of knowledge and customer service experience to Team Stockman. Her background in the financial services industry and human resources dovetails nicely into our real estate business. Maria's professionalism, enthusiasm & positive attitude is well regarded. As an administrative assistant, Maria works closely with team members and provides support & assistance with all aspects of administrative management. Maria also manages and processes listing & short sale paperwork, working closely with clients to ensure transactions are handled smoothly. TAMMY BURMEISTER - Listing Coordinator
Tammy spent 13 years in Graphic and Marketing before joining the Real Estate industry in 2007. Tammy has spent the past the past 7 years as an Agent Assistant and Listing/Transaction Coordinator. She takes pride in consistently providing outstanding service as the Listing Coordinator for our team. Tammy's strong attention to detail ensures that all listings are accurate, complete, and polished for the best representation of the home. She puts special empahasis on keeping the marketing plan on schedule and maintaining the listings from initial set up to closing.
